Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Location: Remote (India)

Shift: Rotational / US Shift / Night Shift (as applicable)

Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract

Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Support Executive to provide high-quality support to customers via phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer experience while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
  • Document customer interactions and update CRM systems accurately
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when required
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality standards
  • Meet individual and team performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, SLA, etc.)

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate or Undergraduate (any discipline)
  • 0–5 years of experience in customer support / BPO / call center
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Willingness to work night shifts / rotational shifts

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in international voice or non-voice processes
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.)
  • Typing speed of 30–40 WPM with good accuracy
  • Customer-centric mindset and positive attitude

Technical Requirements

  • Personal laptop/desktop with reliable internet connection
  • Noise-free work environment
  • Headset with microphone
