Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Support Executive to provide high-quality support to customers via phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer experience while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Document customer interactions and update CRM systems accurately
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when required
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality standards
- Meet individual and team performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, SLA, etc.)
- Graduate or Undergraduate (any discipline)
- 0–5 years of experience in customer support / BPO / call center
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Willingness to work night shifts / rotational shifts
- Prior experience in international voice or non-voice processes
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.)
- Typing speed of 30–40 WPM with good accuracy
- Customer-centric mindset and positive attitude
- Personal laptop/desktop with reliable internet connection
- Noise-free work environment
- Headset with microphone
