Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including storage, handling, and movement of raw materials and finished goods
Plan and execute daily dispatches to ensure on-time delivery of orders
Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for vehicle scheduling and loading
Supervise packing, labeling, and assembly activities as per production and dispatch plans
Ensure proper inventory tracking and follow FIFO/FEFO practices
Manage warehouse manpower including work allocation, shift planning, and productivity monitoring
Maintain hygiene, safety, and food quality standards as per company and regulatory guidelines
Prepare basic daily and monthly reports related to inventory, dispatch, and operations
Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow
