JOB DESCRIPTION FOR 3A:

Role Summary:

Provide independent assurance on daily balancing, exception handling, funding accuracy (Direct), and adherence to SOPs; drive CAPA and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sampling & evidence:

• Riskbased sampling across BCM and SOS; verify checklist completion, evidence packs, and correct use of exception codes.

2. Funding checks (Direct):

• Validate ACH/wire instruction accuracy, timings, and sponsor bank confirmations.

3. Control testing:

• Makerchecker, dual access, rerun approvals, and SoD adherence; simulate break scenarios.

4. Defect analytics & CAPA:

• Publish quality scorecards; run RCAs and coach owners; validate CAPA effectiveness.

5. Audit readiness:

• Prepare trail packs; support client/regulatory/internal audits.

Required Skills:

• Quality frameworks (sampling, RCA, CAPA); meticulous documentation.
• Strong Excel; comfort reviewing logs, file headers/trailers, and reconciliation math.
• Neutral mindset; confident in challenging exceptions.

• All original education documents needs to be available for verification. (10th, 12th, Graduation (Sem Wise Marksheet, CMM. Provisional and Original Degree)
