Strong expertise in React JS (2?4 years minimum). ? Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+). ? Hands-on experience in building responsive front-end applications. Good to Have: ? Experience with API integration. ? Familiarity with Redux or other state management libraries. ?? 2. MERN Stack Developer (4?6 Years) Mandatory Skills: ? Hands-on experience in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js. ? Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and asynchronous programming. ? Experience in building scalable full-stack applications. ? Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Good to Have: ? Exposure to TypeScript. ? Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). ?? 3. Junior .NET Developer (2?4 Years) Mandatory Skills: ? Strong knowledge of .NET Core and Web API development. ? Hands-on experience in MS SQL. ? Proficiency with LINQ and Entity Framework. ? Good understanding of OOPs concepts and clean coding practices. Good to Have: ? Exposure to PL/SQL. ? Basic knowledge of React JS or Angular. ? Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology. ?? 4. Senior/Lead .NET Developer (5?8 Years) Mandatory Skills: ? Expertise in .NET Core and Web API design & development. ? Strong experience in MS SQL & PL/SQL (highly recommended). ? Hands-on experience with ORM frameworks ? Dapper (highly recommended). ? Proficiency with LINQ and Entity Framework. ? Strong exposure to Microservices architecture (designing & implementing scalable solutions). ? Ability to handle complex queries, performance tuning, and database optimization. ? Experience leading or mentoring junior developers. Good to Have: ?
