Role Overview

We are seeking a client-facing International Voice Process Executive with 2 to 6 years of experience who can effectively interact with global clients and deliver a superior customer experience. The role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle customer interactions with empathy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients (US/UK/AU regions) via voice calls
  • Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions with professionalism and clarity
  • Understand client requirements and provide accurate, timely resolutions
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) through quality service
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication
  • Document customer interactions and updates in CRM systems
  • Meet or exceed defined performance metrics (AHT, FCR, CSAT, QA scores)
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement or upselling (if applicable)
  • Escalate critical or unresolved issues to appropriate teams


Required Skills

  • Excellent spoken English with neutral/global accent
  • Strong client-handling and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage difficult conversations professionally
  • Active listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in night/rotational shifts


Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Mandatory -2 to 6 years of experience in International Voice / Client-Facing roles


Preferred Skills

  • Experience handling global clients (US/UK/AU markets)
  • Exposure to customer support, service delivery, or account management
  • Sales or cross-selling experience (for blended processes)
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask
