About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual Tester to ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of VTIONs AI-driven platforms and dashboards. The role involves testing AI workflows, data outputs, dashboards, and user journeys to ensure a seamless and bug-free experience.

Key Responsibilities

Perform manual testing of AI-based applications, dashboards, and internal tools
Understand product requirements and create test cases, test scenarios, and test data
Validate AI outputs, data accuracy, insights, and reports against expected results
Conduct functional, regression, smoke, and UAT testing
Test dashboards for data consistency, UI/UX issues, and edge cases
Log, track, and retest defects using bug-tracking tools
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to resolve issues
Ensure timely testing cycles and maintain quality benchmarks

Required Skills & Qualifications

1 - 5 years of experience as a Manual Tester / QA Engineer
Experience in dashboard testing and data validation
Strong understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC)
Ability to write clear test cases and defect reports
Good understanding of web applications and workflows
Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts (models, outputs, accuracy, bias) is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and excellent communication to Have :
Experience testing AI, analytics, or data-driven products
Exposure to API testing (Postman or similar)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation
