Volunteer Manager - Corporate Partnerships in Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Delhi

Key Responsibilities

• Ideate and source volunteering opportunities for corporate partners across environment, education, city, and animal welfare initiatives
• Connect and collaborate with NGOs, communities, and corporate stakeholders to create impactful volunteer-driven projects
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through effective networking and coordination
• Plan, organize, and manage end-to-end logistics for volunteering activities and engagement programs
• Coordinate with NGOs and corporate partners to align expectations, permissions, and project deliverables
• Lead and facilitate volunteer engagement activities, including virtual and on-ground events such as DIY sessions, cleanup drives, and awareness campaigns
• Motivate and inspire volunteers to actively participate and contribute to social impact initiatives
• Troubleshoot challenges and make quick decisions during project execution and volunteer events
• Ensure volunteering engagements are interactive, meaningful, and enjoyable for participants
• Track project outcomes, measure impact, and prepare reports to showcase engagement effectiveness and results
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth planning, execution, and communication of projects
• Travel as required to manage events, partnerships, and volunteer activities
