About Us

We are launching a brand-new, tight-knit networking community in Karur focused on mutual growth, support, and creating real impact. We are starting small—hosting intimate, highly engaging "Open House" events for 20-30 people. As the community grows and becomes a welcoming space, we plan to expand into larger initiatives, such as community walks and social change campaigns.

To make this vision a reality, we are looking for our founding core team.

The Role

• We need 5 passionate, driven individuals to be the backbone of our very first Open House and help shape the future of this community. Since we are just starting out, there is no rigid playbook—you will have the creative freedom to help build this from the ground up.
• If you put in the hard work and help us establish a thriving community, you will be offered a permanent seat on our Executive Board.

What You Will Do

• Event Organizing: Plan, coordinate, and execute our inaugural 20-30 person Open House.
• Creative Strategy: Act as a creator to brainstorm event formats, engagement ideas, and future community initiatives.
• Public Speaking & Networking: Confidently welcome guests, facilitate conversations, and represent the community’s core values.
• Negotiation & Outreach: Help secure venues, resources, or collaborations for our events.
• Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the other founding volunteers to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Who You Are

• Local to Karur: You must be based in Karur and available for in-person events and planning.
• A True Team Player: We are fiercely protective of our community's culture. We are looking for highly collaborative people, not those who want to dominate or overbear the group. Leave your ego at the door!
• Confident Communicator: You are comfortable speaking in public and striking up conversations with strangers.
• A Self-Starter: You don't need a strict roadmap to get things done; you are ready to jump in, figure things out, and make things happen.
