This is an on-site volunteer Administrative Role, based in Manchester. The role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, record-keeping, preparing reports, and supporting team operations. Additional responsibilities include coordinating meetings, responding to inquiries, maintaining databases, and ensuring smooth communication within the team and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, including scheduling, record management, and maintaining databases
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in office software and tools, such as word processing, spreadsheets, and email management
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines
- Experience in team coordination, meeting arrangements, and client or stakeholder communication
- Familiarity with data entry, report preparation, and basic accounting is an advantage
- Passion for supporting veterans or experience in non-profit organizations is a plus
