VoIP (E2) - Development Location: Gurugram or Bengaluru About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and proactive VoIP Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and managing VoIP infrastructure. You will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable communication services across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Design, deploy, and manage scalable VoIP systems to support organizational needs. Monitor and troubleshoot VoIP network performance, call quality, and connectivity issues. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills along with ability to work in fast paced environment. Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures. Estimating the effort required to develop and implement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies & best practices in VoIP domain. Skill Sets: Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Telecommunications. 3+ years of experience in Voice / VoIP engineering with experience in real time systems. Solid knowledge of SIP, RTP, SDP and other VoIP & WebRTC protocols. Strong programming skills in either C or Golang is essential. Proven experience in planning and executing scalable, secure, and resilient voice infrastructure. Excellent troubleshooting skills with a systematic approach to resolving voice-related issues. Hands-on experience with both Enterprise and Open Source VoIP solutions. Solid understanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, and QoS. Extensive experience working with Linux/Unix operating systems. Collaborative team player with the ability to lead cross-functional projects. Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Preferred Skills: Experience with speech recognition technologies, real-time voice streaming, or Voice AI. Background in backend programming.
