We?re Hiring: Lead Voice AI Full-Stack Engineer (Python/Node.js/React, AI Optimization) Are you passionate about AI-powered voice applications ? Do you have experience building real-time, scalable platforms that combine AI, backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure ? If yes, this role is for you. We are building a next-generation Voice AI Agent platform . Our current system uses third-party models and LiveKit for real-time audio. Now we?re ready to take it to the next level optimizing cost, scaling infrastructure, and creating a production-grade experience. You will lead the end-to-end technical journey : from designing the architecture and integrating AI models, to deploying scalable backend/frontend systems, to ensuring cost-efficient infra. ?? Responsibilities Architect and build the Voice AI platform (backend + frontend + infra). Optimize STT/TTS pipelines for latency, accuracy, and cost. Develop backend services in Python (FastAPI/Django) and Node.js (Express/NestJS). Build a React.js frontend with real-time communication (WebRTC, LiveKit). Design/manage databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, plus vector DBs like Pinecone/Weaviate). Integrate LLMs/NLP (OpenAI, Claude, LLaMA, RAG pipelines). Deploy on AWS/Azure/GCP with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Implement CI/CD pipelines , monitoring, observability, and cost optimization. Ensure data security, compliance, and scalability . ?? Required Skills Programming & Frameworks Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django) Node.js (Express.js, NestJS) React.js (hooks, state management, real-time integrations) WebRTC, LiveKit, or Twilio AI/ML & Voice STT/TTS engines: Whisper, Deepgram, AssemblyAI, ElevenLabs, Coqui LLMs: GPT, Claude, LLaMA RAG pipelines (embeddings, vector search, memory) Model optimization (fine-tuning, quantization, inference cost reduction) Databases & Storage SQL: PostgreSQL, MySQL NoSQL: MongoDB, DynamoDB Caching: Redis Vector DBs: Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS Cloud storage/CDN: AWS S3, CloudFront, GCP Storage Cloud & Infra AWS, Azure, or GCP Docker, Kubernetes CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins) Monitoring/Logging: Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, ELK stack Real-time infra scaling & cost optimization Bonus Skills Strong API design & integrations Multi-tenant SaaS experience Audio signal processing Prior work in AI assistants, EdTech, or conversational platforms ?? Who You Are 5?8+ years full-stack development experience. Hands-on with Python, Node.js, React, databases, and cloud infra . Proven expertise in real-time voice/video applications .
