Key Responsibilities:

• Design: Produce innovative, high-quality design solutions across multiple platforms including web, mobile, social, and print.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their vision, objectives, and requirements. Provide strategic design direction and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Creative Excellence: Be responsible throughout the entire design process from concept to final delivery, ensuring that all design work meets the highest standards of creativity and quality. 
• Multi-Platform Design: Create and manage design solutions that span various touchpoints, including digital interfaces, marketing materials, and brand assets.
• Award-Winning Work: Deliver design work that stands out in the industry and has the potential to receive industry awards and recognition.
• Team Development: Work closely with account producers and design leads fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Innovation: Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies. Bring fresh ideas and approaches to the table to keep our designs cutting-edge.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2–4 years of professional experience in visual design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating both brand and product design work
• Proven experience developing and evolving brand systems, including logos, typography, color systems, illustration styles, and brand guidelines
• Experience designing for digital products (web and/or mobile), including marketing websites and in-product UI visuals
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to translate brand strategy into compelling visual experiences across multiple touchpoints
• Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Photoshop
• Location: Must reside within the Eastern Time Zone to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Creative Vision: A portfolio showcasing award-winning or highly impactful design work across multiple platforms.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering polished, high-quality designs.

About the Job:

Job Title: Visual Designer

Location: Remote (Eastern Time Zone Preferred) 

Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000 per year
