Job Summary We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and visionary Visual Designer to join our growing design team.This role is perfect for someone who loves crafting visual experiences that tell a story ? blending design, technology, and purpose. You will collaborate with product, brand, and marketing teams to create cohesive, memorable visuals across all digital touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Create visual concepts and design systems for marketing campaigns, websites, apps, and digital assets. Translate brand values into modern, elegant, and impactful visuals that enhance user engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams ? including product, marketing, and content ? to maintain a consistent brand aesthetic. Develop illustrations, UI elements, icons, motion graphics , and other creative assets. Refine and evolve brand identity , ensuring design coherence across all platforms. Stay current with design trends, visual storytelling techniques, and emerging digital media tools. Take ownership of design projects from concept to delivery, balancing creativity with strategy. Requirements Bachelor?s degree or diploma in Visual Communication, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field . 1?2 years of experience in visual, brand, or digital design (internship experience counts). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) , Figma , or similar tools. Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual storytelling, layout, typography, and color theory . Understanding of UI/UX principles and how visual design enhances user experience. Ability to conceptualize creative ideas and communicate them effectively. A balance of creativity and attention to detail , with the ability to manage multiple projects. Preferred Skills Experience with video editing is a must ., motion graphics or animation, or Familiarity with 3D tools (Blender, Cinema4D) or generative design software. Basic understanding of brand strategy and design systems . Prior experience designing for tech, startup, or Web3 environments .
