The Role

We’re looking for a Visual Designer who loves crafting clean, high-impact visuals and can translate ideas into compelling design systems. This role is perfect for someone who’s visually sharp, detail-obsessed, and comfortable bringing designs to life—especially using tools like Framer.

You’ll work closely with marketing, content, and strategy teams to create visual assets that are consistent, expressive, and performance-driven.

What You’ll Do

-Design visual assets across digital and print—campaigns, social, web, presentations, and more

-Translate briefs and ideas into strong visual narratives

-Build and maintain visual consistency across brand touchpoints

-Use Framer to design and prototype interactive layouts and experiences

-Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams, iterating fast based on feedback

-Ensure every output meets brand standards and feels polished, purposeful, and on-brand

What We’re Looking For

-Strong foundation in visual design and graphic design

-Hands-on experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Framer, and other modern design tools

-A solid understanding of branding, typography, layout, and color

-Ability to design for multiple formats and platforms without losing clarity or quality

-Sharp attention to detail and a good visual instinct

-Comfortable collaborating across teams and owning your design outcomes

Nice to Have

-Prior experience working with marketing teams or agencies

-Exposure to performance-driven or growth-focused design work
