We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer who is eager to learn, execute, and grow in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the creation of design assets across digital and print media
• Assist in developing visuals for social media, marketing campaigns, branding, websites, and ads
• Work closely with senior designers, copywriters, video editors, and the digital team
• Execute designs based on briefs while maintaining brand guidelines and consistency
• Make revisions and iterations based on internal and client feedback
• Manage assigned tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and creative formats

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience (agency or freelance)
• Basic portfolio showcasing design work (academic / freelance / internships)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Understanding of layouts, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Good time management and willingness to learn
• Ability to take feedback and improve quickly
• Team player with a proactive attitude

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of After Effects or motion graphics
• Exposure to social media creatives and ad formats
• Interest in AI tools for design and content creation
• Understanding of branding and digital marketing basics
