Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Virtual Assistant (Cold Calling) role based in New Delhi. The Virtual Assistant will make outbound cold calls to prospective clients, introduce Deepeyee’s services, and qualify leads based on defined criteria. The role involves maintaining detailed call records, updating CRM or tracking tools, and scheduling follow-up calls or meetings for the sales or consulting team. The Virtual Assistant will respond to basic inquiries, share information via email or messaging platforms, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads. Daily activities also include meeting call and conversion targets, following scripts and guidelines, and providing feedback on customer responses to help refine outreach strategies.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong verbal communication, active listening, and clear articulation skills for effective cold calling and client interaction.
- Candidates should possess customer service, relationship-building, and basic sales or lead qualification skills to engage prospects and nurture interest.
- Candidates should possess data entry, CRM usage, and basic computer literacy skills to document calls, manage lead information, and handle online tools.
- Candidates should possess time management, organization, and attention to detail skills to manage call volumes, follow schedules, and maintain accurate records.
- Candidates should possess adaptability, resilience to handle rejection, and a professional, courteous phone demeanor in fast-paced environments.
- Prior experience in telecalling, cold calling, inside sales, or customer support is beneficial.
- Fluency in English and Hindi, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently, is preferred.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional coursework or a degree in business, marketing, or communication is an advantage.
