About the role:

We’re looking for a driven, organised, and proactive individual to take charge of pre-production and assist during on-ground production.

In this role, you will manage the heavy lifting of pre-production tasks, ensuring all logistics, talent, locations, and materials are secured and ready. During shoots, you’ll be assisting the cinematographer so things run smoothly and creatively.

What You'll Do

Pre-Production Management:

You will own the entire pre-production pipeline to ensure everything is ready before we roll the cameras.

• Talent Coordination: Source, negotiate, and coordinate actors, models, and crew.
• Location Scouting: Find and secure the perfect shoot locations.
• Logistics Management: Coordinate vendors, materials, props, and equipment.
• Budget Management: Track production costs, negotiate rates, and keep everything within budget.
• Scheduling: Coordinate shoot timelines, crew availability, and location bookings.
• Planning & Organising: Prepare shoot decks, mood boards, and ensure all production materials are ready.
  

On-Shoot production Assistance:

When it’s time to shoot, you’ll be an essential part of the team, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

• On-Set Coordination: Assist with managing props, talent, and shoot continuity.
• Talent Management: Ensure actors and crew are following the schedule and timelines.
• Problem-Solving: Handle last-minute production issues and ensure minimal disruption to the shoot.
• Execution Support: Help with managing equipment, set design, and overall shoot flow.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Strong negotiation skills
• Good communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
