Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior product managers and stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities.
- Gather, analyze, and document clear and actionable product requirements from stakeholders and user feedback.
- Partner with UX/UI teams to design intuitive user experiences and work closely with engineering teams for seamless product launches.
- Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvements.
- Participate in feature testing, validation, and ensure effective communication across teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Deliver impactful product features that enhance user adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to building product roadmaps that maintain a competitive edge in the customer experience space.
- Drive measurable improvements through data-backed insights and execution excellence.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in product management, SaaS, or related domains.
- Strong analytical skills with familiarity in product metrics, market research tools, and customer feedback analysis.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills for documenting requirements, updates, and product launches.

- Cross-functional Collaboration (Engineering, Design, Stakeholders)
- Data Analysis & Metrics-driven Decision Making
- Experience with AI-powered SaaS products or customer experience platforms.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Figma, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and product testing/validation processes.
- Experience collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer success teams for product launches
