Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Video Editor, based in Madurai. The Video Editor will be responsible for producing and editing video content, performing color grading, and incorporating motion graphics. Responsibilities include ensuring video projects align with brand standards, collaborating with the creative team, and delivering engaging visual content. The role demands creativity, attention to detail, and a flair for storytelling through videos. Bilingual content delivery in Tamil and English is essential to connect with both regional and global audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit jewellery showcase videos, campaigns, and social media reels with precision.
• Enhance shine, clarity, and intricate details of jewellery through advanced editing techniques.
• Perform color grading and motion graphics for dynamic storytelling.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency.
• Optimize videos for multi-platform use.
• Deliver subtitles, voiceovers, and messaging in Tamil and English.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Video Production and Editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge and experience in Video Color Grading for visual enhancement.
• Skills in Motion Graphics and dynamic storytelling.
• Jewellery editing knowledge is a must-have (product close-ups, sparkle enhancement, background refinement).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with jewellery or lifestyle industry content is a plus.
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Tamil and English (spoken and written)
• Knowledge of social media trends and video optimization strategies.
