Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor (Punjabi) role based in the Mohali district. The Video Editor will edit and assemble video content in Punjabi, including cutting footage, arranging sequences, and creating smooth, engaging narratives for digital and social platforms. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with creative and communication teams, applying color grading, integrating motion graphics and visual elements, and ensuring all outputs align with brand guidelines and project objectives. The role also involves managing project files, maintaining organized workflows, and meeting production deadlines while contributing creative ideas to improve video concepts and storytelling.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience handling end-to-end video projects.
  • Proficiency in Video Color Grading to maintain consistent and visually appealing look and feel.
  • Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to support narrative and branding.
  • Fluency in Punjabi, with the ability to understand cultural nuances and edit content for Punjabi-speaking audiences.
  • Experience with industry-standard editing and graphics software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop or equivalent).
  • Attention to detail, strong sense of timing and visual composition, and ability to follow creative briefs.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional creative teams on-site.
  • Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating prior work is required.
