Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ernakulam for a Video Editor + 2D/3D Motion Graphics Artist. The role involves editing and assembling video content for brand campaigns, social media, and digital platforms, including cutting footage, syncing audio, and refining sequences for clarity and impact. The team member will create 2D and 3D motion graphics, animated titles, and visual elements that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with designers, writers, and strategists, applying color grading and basic sound adjustments, and optimizing videos for various formats and channels. The role also includes managing project files, adhering to deadlines, and contributing creative ideas that elevate visual storytelling for diverse clients.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for digital, social, and marketing content.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading and overall post-production workflows.
• Experience creating Motion Graphics, including 2D and 3D animation for brand and campaign assets.
• Graphics skills for designing visual elements, overlays, and assets that complement motion work.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator; 3D tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D are a plus).
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual storytelling, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving.
• Ability to work on-site in Ernakulam, collaborate effectively in a team, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Relevant education or training in film, animation, design, media, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
