Role Overview

The Video Designer supports the Client’s communication, marketing, and digital initiatives by producing and editing video content that aligns with brand standards and messaging objectives. This role focuses on assembling, editing, and delivering polished video assets in support of internal and external communication needs.

The Video Designer works as a dedicated extended team member, collaborating closely with graphic designers, motion designers, and content authors in a global, multi time zone environment.

Key Responsibilities

Edit and assemble video content using supplied footage, graphics, and audio
Apply branding, titles, lower thirds, motion elements, and captions
Ensure video output aligns with Client visual and editorial standards
Produce videos for: Internal communications, Corporate messaging and storytelling, Web and digital platforms
Manage revisions and feedback from multiple stakeholders
Optimize videos for various channels, formats, and resolutions
Maintain organized project files and version control

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience with professional video editing software
Understanding of video storytelling, pacing, and structure
Familiarity with motion graphics and graphic overlays
Strong attention to detail and audio/visual balance
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Collaborative mindset and effective communication skills
