Why This Role Exists 

We need a visual storyteller who can capture AND craft high-fidelity video content that builds trust and educates. You will bridge the gap between complex financial research and engaging, platform-optimized video. This is a hybrid creative-technical role for someone who can operate a cinema camera in the morning and build a motion-graphic-heavy edit by the afternoon. 

How You’ll Spend Your Time 

Video Editing 

● Long-form: Edit educational YouTube "anchors" (10–25 min) focused on market analysis and platform deep-dives. 

● Short-form: Craft 9:16 vertical content optimized for Reels, YT Shorts, and LinkedIn. 

● Post-Production: Own the color grade, sound design (SFX/Music), and advanced motion graphics (After Effects). 

● Optimization: Design high-CTR thumbnails and manage multi-platform export settings. 

Videography & Production 

● On-Site Shooting: Film educational content, product demos, and executive interviews (Chennai-based). 

● Technical Mastery: Operate mirrorless/cinema setups, 3-point lighting, and professional audio (Lavalier/Boom). 

● Management: Organize B-roll libraries and manage multi-cam setups for webinars/podcasts. 

Content Repurposing & Strategy 

● Modular Content: Break 1 long-form "anchor" into 5+ high-signal clips for distribution. 

● AI Workflow: Utilize AI tools (Descript, Runway, CapCut AI) to automate captions and rough cuts, focusing your energy on high-level creative. 

● Performance Iteration: Use retention metrics and CTR data to adjust pacing and hooks. 

What We’re Looking For 

● Experience: 2–5 years of professional video production, ideally in Fintech, EdTech, or Agency environments. 

● The Stack: Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Proficiency with professional camera systems. 

● Knowledge: Deep understanding of the "Hook-Body-CTA" framework for social retention. 

● Bonus: A genuine interest in crypto/finance and experience with drone or 3D (Blender/C4D) elements. 

What Success Looks Like 

1. Efficiency: Delivering a "two-speed" content engine: 1–2 high-polish anchors and 5–8 shorts weekly. 

2. Quality: Minimal revision rounds due to a strong grasp of the Qatobit brand voice. 

3. Growth: Measurable improvement in YouTube retention rates and Instagram engagement.
