Job Description
Position Title (Any): Social Media Creative Designer or Digital Media Designer or Brand Content Designer or Creative Executive – Digital Media
Reporting to: Founder Director
Purpose of the position: This position is responsible for developing high-quality visual content and creatives for digital, video & print, and on-site branding. The Designer will translate ideas into compelling designs that align with company's brand identity. The role requires strong proficiency in design tools, video editing, camera handling, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.
Detailed Responsibilities
Design & Creative Development - Develop creative assets including digital video content, brochures, banners, vehicle wraps, signage, and social media graphics. Create visual concepts that communicate the brand message effectively.
Contribute to evolving the visual identity and design templates.
Support ad hoc design requirements and presentations.
Educational Qualification Requirements
Basic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field
Additional Qualification: Diploma in Graphic Design, Certification in Multimedia/Animation
Specialization (if any): Adobe Creative Suite / Digital Media Design / Digital Video content/ New AI tools like Dalle, Mid Journey, Canva etc.
Experience in years(Min to Max): 2-5 years in Retail, Advertising, Branding, Printing, or Design Agencies
Industries and Experience: Preferably worked in:
Gifting companies, Life style, home décor, FMCG etc., Domain knowledge in home decor, gifting, handicrafts, or lifestyle products is a strong advantage.
Organizational Interfaces
Internal - Founder and Senior Advisors, Marketing Team, Sales team & Operations Team
External - Print Vendors / Production Agencies, Freelancers / Creative Partners, External Clients (for design approvals), & External Vendors
Functional / Technical Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Corel DRAW
Knowledge of pre-press and print production processes
Ability to develop creatives for digital and print media
Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
Experience with motion graphics/video editing is a plus
Handling camera and light equipment’s
Behavioral Skills
Creativity and visual storytelling abilities
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Good communication and teamwork skills
