IMAS Business School is looking for a creative, energetic, and highly skilled Video Content Developer & Editor to join our Digital Marketing & Brand team.

This is an exciting opportunity to build compelling visual stories that inspire students, strengthen our institutional brand, and support the launch of innovative education initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production

• Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality promotional videos for IMAS Business School and its initiatives.
• Create engaging short-form videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form YouTube content.
• Produce student success stories, faculty interviews, campus life videos, testimonials, and event highlights.
• Develop promotional videos for admissions, scholarship campaigns, workshops, seminars, and institutional events.

Content Development

• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to develop creative video concepts aligned with marketing campaigns.
• Convert ideas into engaging visual stories that appeal to prospective students and parents.
• Write basic storyboards, shot lists, and video scripts where required.
• Ensure every video reflects the institution's brand identity and communication standards.

Video Editing & Motion Graphics

• Edit videos with professional transitions, animations, subtitles, background music, and visual effects.
• Design motion graphics, title animations, intros, outros, and branded visual elements.
• Optimize videos for different digital platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and websites.
• Maintain high standards of audio and visual quality.

Photography & Event Coverage

• Capture photographs and videos during institutional events, seminars, workshops, campus activities, and student engagement programs.
• Organize and maintain a structured digital media library for future use.

Innovation

• Stay updated with the latest video production trends, AI-powered editing tools, social media algorithms, and emerging content formats.
• Experiment with creative storytelling techniques to improve audience engagement and brand recall.

Desired Profile

• Graduate or Diploma in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Film Making, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in professional video production and editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent creative tools.
• Experience with DSLR, Mirrorless Cameras, Gimbals, Lighting Equipment, and Audio Recording will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of AI-powered creative tools and video editing software will be highly preferred.
• Strong storytelling ability with an eye for detail, creativity, and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within deadlines.
