Role Overview

We are hiring on behalf of a large manufacturing client for a senior leader to set up and head a Finance Shared Services Centre (FSSC) from scratch. This role will lead large-scale finance operations, drive standardisation, and enable digital transformation across group entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and scale a greenfield Finance Shared Services Centre covering AP, AR, GL, RTR, FP&A, Reporting, and Compliance
• Own service delivery, governance, SLAs, KPIs, and stakeholder management
• Drive SAP-led finance transformation (S/4HANA preferred)
• Lead automation, Agentic AI, RPA, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure strong financial controls, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance

Candidate Profile

• 12+ years of experience in Finance Shared Services / GBS / SSC leadership
• Proven greenfield FSSC setup experience
• Strong exposure to SAP, finance transformation, and digital/AI initiatives
• Experience in large enterprises or conglomerate environments preferred
