Job Description
The CyberDiplomat operates through CyberDiplomat Tech Pvt. Ltd. (India) and CyberDiplomat LLC (USA), as a global initiative at the intersection of cybersecurity, cyberdiplomacy, and emerging technologies.
With a mission to secure cyberspace, the organization is committed to addressing evolving digital threats through innovative solutions, strategic partnerships, and capacity-building initiatives.
CyberDiplomat works closely with governments, academia, critical infrastructure sectors, and international organizations, playing a key role in advancing global cybersecurity efforts and fostering a secure digital ecosystem.
As the Vice President – Sales (Cybersecurity & Strategic Growth), you will lead CyberDiplomat’s sales strategy, revenue growth, and strategic expansion initiatives across India and international markets.
This is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Pune, requiring a strong blend of sales leadership, business development, and strategic partnerships expertise.
You will be responsible for driving high-value engagements, building long-term relationships with key stakeholders, and positioning CyberDiplomat as a trusted partner in cybersecurity and capacity-building initiatives.
- Define and execute sales and revenue strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from opportunity identification to deal closure
- Manage and grow high-value accounts and strategic partnerships
- Drive business development across:
- Cybersecurity training programs
- Consulting and advisory services
- Institutional and government engagements
- Identify and explore new markets, sectors, and growth opportunities
- Build and mentor a high-performing sales and partnerships team
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, delivery, leadership) to ensure alignment and execution
- Represent CyberDiplomat in high-level stakeholder interactions and negotiations
- Strong expertise in sales, sales management, and sales operations
- Proven track record in account management and strategic relationship building
- Demonstrated success in business development and executing growth strategies
- Experience in B2B or enterprise sales environments, preferably in a startup or high-growth setting
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to operate effectively in dynamic and evolving market conditions
- Experience in the cybersecurity, technology, or consulting domain
- Exposure to government, institutional, or global markets
- Experience in building or scaling sales teams and processes
Education
- Bachelor’s degree
- MBA or equivalent advanced qualification is a plus
