Role Description


As the Vice President – Sales (Cybersecurity & Strategic Growth), you will lead CyberDiplomat’s sales strategy, revenue growth, and strategic expansion initiatives across India and international markets.

This is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Pune, requiring a strong blend of sales leadership, business development, and strategic partnerships expertise.


You will be responsible for driving high-value engagements, building long-term relationships with key stakeholders, and positioning CyberDiplomat as a trusted partner in cybersecurity and capacity-building initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Define and execute sales and revenue strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from opportunity identification to deal closure
  • Manage and grow high-value accounts and strategic partnerships
  • Drive business development across:
  • Cybersecurity training programs
  • Consulting and advisory services
  • Institutional and government engagements
  • Identify and explore new markets, sectors, and growth opportunities
  • Build and mentor a high-performing sales and partnerships team
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, delivery, leadership) to ensure alignment and execution
  • Represent CyberDiplomat in high-level stakeholder interactions and negotiations


Qualifications


Core Requirements
  • Strong expertise in sales, sales management, and sales operations
  • Proven track record in account management and strategic relationship building
  • Demonstrated success in business development and executing growth strategies
  • Experience in B2B or enterprise sales environments, preferably in a startup or high-growth setting
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities
  • Ability to operate effectively in dynamic and evolving market conditions


Preferred
  • Experience in the cybersecurity, technology, or consulting domain
  • Exposure to government, institutional, or global markets
  • Experience in building or scaling sales teams and processes


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • MBA or equivalent advanced qualification is a plus
