Vice President Operations

Role Description

The Vice President of Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing operational processes across the organization. Key duties include managing daily operations, developing and implementing strategic plans, overseeing profit and loss (P&L) performance, and leading customer service initiatives. The role will also include directing project management efforts to ensure efficiency, continuous improvement, and alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Operations Management and experience with P&L Management
• Proven ability to develop and execute Strategic Planning initiatives
• Skilled in Customer Service management to enhance client satisfaction
• Capable of overseeing and excelling in Project Management
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in real estate management or a related industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
