Vice President Operations

Seeking an experienced manufacturing professional to lead operations and commercial excellence within the region. The role involves overseeing multi-site business operations, with a strong emphasis on P&L ownership, process optimization and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute operational and commercial strategy to support business growth and market share expansion
• Lead improvements in safety, delivery performance, production efficiency, quality, and supply chain
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with commercial and product teams to meet business objectives and foster a high-performance culture
• Manage budgets and performance metrics, making strategic adjustments as needed
• Champion operational excellence to enhance customer experience
• Build and develop high-performing teams through talent acquisition and leadership development
• Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and teamwork

Candidate Profile:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field
• 10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing industry.
• Proven success in operational strategy, P&L management and driving profitability
• Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards
• Skilled in Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
