🚀 We’re Hiring | VP – Sales (Real Estate Leadership Role)

Location: Gurugram  

We are looking for a high-caliber Vice President – Sales with a strong industry network and proven leadership in real estate.

✨ What We’re Looking For:  

• 10–15 years of experience in real estate sales  

• Strong exposure to international markets (Dubai & global sales)  

• Established portfolio of CPs, HNIs, investors & key clients  

• Proven ability to build, lead & scale high-performing sales teams  

• Expertise in selling premium plotted developments & second-home markets (Goa experience preferred)  

• Strong understanding of Gurugram real estate ecosystem  

💼 Package: ₹18 LPA – ₹24 LPA  

This role demands a strategic thinker with execution strength, network depth, and the ability to drive aggressive revenue growth.
