Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven and energetic Club Sales Manager to lead the sales and business development efforts for our premium fitness and sports club in Vashi. This role involves field sales, lead conversion, and relationship management, with a focus on promoting club memberships, fitness programs, and sports-related services and events.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive membership sales by promoting fitness programs, sports training, wellness services, and exclusive club events.

Conduct client meetings, club tours, and field visits to generate and convert leads.

Engage with individuals, families, corporates, and sports communities to increase membership base.

Promote sports amenities like gym, swimming pool, tennis courts, football turfs, badminton, and group fitness classes.

Organize and support club events such as tournaments, bootcamps, fitness workshops, and wellness challenges.

Build long-term relationships with members and local fitness/sports networks.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop campaigns and offers to boost sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of B2C sales experience, preferably in the fitness, sports, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.

Strong understanding of fitness and sports-related services and their value propositions.

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets through a mix of field sales and inbound lead conversion.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Passion for health, fitness, and active living.

Willingness to travel locally for fieldwork and event participation.

Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).

Preferred Backgrounds:

Experience in gyms, sports academies, clubs, or wellness centers.

Prior involvement in sports coaching, event management, or fitness training is a plus.
