Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Product Management. The VP of Product Management will lead the development and execution of product strategies to drive business growth, oversee product lifecycles, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, defining product roadmaps, analyzing market trends, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring customer needs are met while maintaining a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications

Experience with Product Strategy and Product Management, including product development and roadmap planning
Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, market trends, and performance metrics for informed decision-making
Proven Team Leadership skills, with experience in motivating and managing cross-functional teams
Expertise in Project Management, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for liaising with stakeholders and executive leadership
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and scaling products in a high-growth environment
