Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Specification Manager role based in chennai/Mayiladuturai Taluka. The Specification Manager will be responsible for managing product specifications, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, collaborating with architects and engineers, and ensuring specifications comply with project requirements. The role requires consistent communication with franchise partners and clients to provide tailored solutions. Additionally, the Specification Manager will gather market insights to improve products and services, align specifications with client needs, and support project implementation processes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of construction repair, waterproofing, and construction chemical applications
• Ability to manage product specifications and ensure compliance with project requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with architects, engineers, clients, and franchise partners
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to gather market insights and improve services
• Organizational and project management skills to support project implementation
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in construction, waterproofing, or related industries will be an advantage
• Willingness to work on-site in Mayiladuturai Taluka
