Role Description The Vice President of Global Business Development is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for driving international growth across key markets and industry verticals. This role oversees global business development strategy, identifies new market opportunities, and builds long-term relationships with enterprise clients and strategic partners. Responsibilities include leading international sales initiatives, managing end-to-end deal cycles, shaping go-to-market plans for IBOTIX’s AI product suite, and negotiating high-impact commercial agreements. The Vice President collaborates closely with product, marketing, and delivery teams to align client needs with solution capabilities and ensure successful implementation and account expansion. The role also involves building and mentoring a high-performing global business development team, tracking performance metrics, and representing IBOTIX at industry events and executive-level meetings.
Qualifications
- Strong international business development background, including experience in International Business Development and International Sales.
- Proven track record in Sales and Business Development, with demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Advanced Negotiation skills, with experience closing complex, high-value deals across multiple regions.
- Experience selling technology or AI/enterprise software solutions to global enterprise clients.
- Ability to develop and execute global go-to-market strategies, including market entry and partner ecosystem development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement.
- Leadership experience managing and scaling cross-cultural, geographically distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required for client meetings, partnerships, and industry events.
