Role Description

We are seeking a Vice President of Finance and Operations for a full-time, remote leadership role. The individual will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, while ensuring operational efficiency across all departments. They will be responsible for preparing financial statements, analyzing key metrics, and implementing strategies to optimize performance and profitability. The VP of Finance and Operations will collaborate with the executive team to align financial goals with organizational objectives and support sustainable growth. Additionally, this role includes supervising operational processes and leading efforts to enhance operational excellence.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Financial Planning and expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis
  • Experience in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Strong knowledge of Finance fundamentals and understanding of financial systems and frameworks
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills for data interpretation and decision-making
  • Expertise in Financial Reporting and the ability to provide actionable insights for business growth
  • Strong leadership and team management experience in a dynamic organizational setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree such as MBA or CPA certification is highly preferred
  • Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and implementing process improvements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience working in a remote leadership capacity is a plus
