Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive, operating out of our Rohtak location with the flexibility for partial remote work. In this position, the professional will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and managing key accounts. The role also involves actively collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs and delivering presentations to potential clients while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify and secure new opportunities.
  • Experience in Account Management to oversee relationships with key clients and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Strong Business acumen and strategic thinking with an understanding of market trends and competition.
  • Excellent Communication skills to engage and interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in negotiation and closing deals.
  • Prior experience in the technology or digital solutions sector is a strong advantage.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven mindset with an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
