Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Vice President of Customer Success, based out of Batavia, OH, with flexibility for some remote work. The Vice President of Customer Success will lead the customer success team to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. They will oversee client accounts, develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales and service objectives. The role will require close interaction with customers to address concerns, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.


Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in driving Customer Satisfaction and fostering long-term Customer Retention
  • Experience managing client relationships, including Account Management and Customer Experience strategies
  • Strong track record in Sales and achieving performance targets
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to implement initiatives that align with business goals
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Experience in the luxury goods or jewelry industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making
