Vice President - FTL Supply P&L

Responsibilities

● Build and lead supplier strategy with regional managers

● Grow supplier networks in new regions and strengthen existing ones

● Negotiate better pricing and improve cost structures

● Collaborate with tech and product teams to build smarter tools

● Co-create long-term transport plans with business and client teams

● Increase adoption of our Axle App for real-time bidding and visibility

● Track performance and drive continuous improvements

● Create scalable, efficient processes across the board

● Lead and grow a high-performing supplier management team

Qualifications:

● 10+ years of experience

● Strong in Program management, can handle multiple projects at once

● A strong commercial mindset with hands-on problem-solving skills

● Proven ability to manage supplier networks and drive operational excellence

● Great communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

● Data-savvy and comfortable working with tools and analytics
