Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an Associate Manager – Digital & Content Strategist—someone who is part strategist, part storyteller, and fully invested in driving measurable brand impact.

In this role, you won’t just execute strategies—you’ll help define them. You’ll guide content direction, mentor team members, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure every campaign delivers both creative excellence and performance results.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and lead comprehensive content strategies across social media, web, email, and performance platforms.
  • Identify emerging trends and translate them into actionable content opportunities.
  • Manage and mentor content executives and strategists to maintain quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with design, SEO, SEM, paid media, and analytics teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Monitor engagement, traffic, and conversion metrics—optimizing strategies for performance.
  • Conduct content audits and identify gaps in messaging, tone, and positioning.
  • Present strategy decks, campaign plans, and performance reports to internal teams and clients.
  • Conceptualize high-impact campaigns that spark engagement and drive measurable growth.
