Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Verbal Faculty member, based in New Delhi. The Verbal Faculty will be responsible for delivering high-quality verbal reasoning and communication training to students preparing for competitive exams such as CAT, CLAT, GMAT, GRE, and others. Responsibilities include designing curriculum, conducting engaging classroom sessions, assessing student performance, and providing personalized guidance. The role also involves collaborating with the academic team to update and enhance teaching methodologies and materials.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal reasoning and English language skills, including grammar, vocabulary, and reading comprehension
• Experience in teaching or training for competitive exams like CAT, GMAT, or GRE, with strong presentation and public speaking abilities
• Familiarity with curriculum development and lesson planning in the verbal domain
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for mentoring and guiding students
• Proficiency in evaluating and assessing student performance
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
• Postgraduate degree in English, Education, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience as a faculty member or trainer in education service providers is a strong advantage
