Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Performance Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc. This role demands both strategic insight and flawless execution to deliver best-in-class results on social platforms.


As a key member of the team, you will manage the end-to-end execution, optimization, and performance reporting of paid social campaigns. You will collaborate with platform partners, support senior managers, and deliver actionable insights to the client ensuring campaign goals are not just met, but consistently exceeded.


What Will You Be Doing?

  • Build and present media plans with clear budget recommendations, targeting, and strategies
  • Identify opportunities to integrate paid social with other digital and ATL channels
  • Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Ads
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies
  • Monitor daily performance, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting to achieve KPIs
  • Ensure campaigns comply with taxonomy and brand safety standards
  • Oversee tracking setup and account restructuring when needed


Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze performance using platform tools
  • Deliver weekly and ad-hoc reports with actionable insights
  • Provide commentary on ROI and recommendations for optimization


Collaboration & Communication

  • Support the team with campaign planning, client updates, and internal coordination
  • Foster relationships with platform partners, exploring beta opportunities and contributing to campaign briefs
  • Be the primary point of contact for clients within the team.
  • Attend fortnightly catchups with internal client teams to ensure awareness of all upcoming campaigns and report on campaign performance.

  • Clear, actionable insights that drive continuous improvement


Skills:

  • 3+ years' hands-on paid social campaign management
  • Proven experience across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Ads
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and optimization strategies
  • Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
