Vendor Relation Executive

Our offerings include R&R Programs, Employee Gifting, Festival Gifting, Bank Gift Cards, Client Gifting, Brand Vouchers, Channel Partner Gifting, and seasonal gifting for occasions such as Christmas and New Year. This is a full-time on-site role for a Vendor Relations Executive, located in Field, BC. The Vendor Relations Executive will manage vendor partnerships, negotiate pricing and contracts, and maintain strong relationships to ensure successful collaboration. Key responsibilities include sourcing new vendors, managing vendor performance, addressing concerns, and ensuring smooth supply chain operations. The role also involves analyzing market trends, evaluating vendor competitiveness, and guaranteeing service quality aligns with company standards.

• Vendor management, contract negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of supply chain operations and experience in sourcing
• Analytical skills for evaluating market trends and vendor performance
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and vendors
• Problem-solving abilities to address vendor-related issues and ensure service excellence
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools
• Ability to work independently and in an onsite environment
• Prior experience in the gifting or retail industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
