1.Business Technology Solutions Associate – Varicent

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Technology Solutions Associate (Varicent) with ~2 years of experience to support the implementation of Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) and Sales Planning solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with senior team members to configure Varicent solutions, support data processing, and contribute to requirement documentation, testing, and delivery activities across the project lifecycle.


Qualifications

  • ~2 years of experience working with Varicent
  • Strong foundational understanding of Varicent ICM and Sales Planning modules
  • ELT/data pipelines and data processing concepts
  • Hands-on experience in configuration and implementation support
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within teams
  • Ability to work with guidance while taking ownership of assigned tasks


2.Business Technology Solutions Associate Consultant – Varicent


About the Role

We are seeking a Business Technology Solutions Associate Consultant (Varicent) with 4–5 years of experience to support the design, implementation, and delivery of Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) and Sales Planning solutions.


In this role, you will work closely with senior consultants and architects to configure Varicent solutions, support data integration, and contribute across the full project lifecycle—from requirements understanding to testing and deployment.


Qualifications


  • 4–5 years of experience working on Varicent (ICM / Sales Planning) solutions
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of:
  • Incentive compensation concepts (crediting, payouts, adjustments)
  • Sales planning processes (territories, quotas, hierarchies)
  • Hands-on experience in:
  • Varicent configuration (calculations, workflows, reporting basics)
  • Data handling and ETL/ELT processes
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
  • Good communication skills with ability to work in a client-facing environment
  • Ability to work independently with guidance and as part of a team



3.Business Technology Solutions Consultant


Experience Level: 5–6 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Technology Solutions Consultant (Varicent) with strong experience in Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) and Sales Performance Management (SPM).

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, configure, and deliver scalable Varicent solutions, enabling effective sales compensation and planning programs. You will play a key role across the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering to solution deployment and client enablement.


Qualifications

  • 5–6 years of experience in Varicent ICM and/or Sales Planning implementation.
  • Strong understanding of incentive compensation processes, including crediting, quotas, payouts, and adjustments.
  • Strong understanding of sales planning concepts, including territories, quotas, and hierarchies.
  • Hands-on experience in Varicent configuration, including Composer, calculations, workflows, and reporting.
  • Experience with data integration, including ELT pipelines, data modeling, and large datasets.
  • Experience in the end-to-end SPM/ICM project delivery lifecycle.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and client-facing experience.
