We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer who is passionate about designing user-centered digital products. You will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to create seamless experiences for recruiters and job seekers.

The ideal candidate understands user research, interaction design, visual design systems, and modern web application design principles.

Design intuitive user experiences for web and mobile platforms.

Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

Conduct user research and translate insights into product improvements.

Collaborate with product managers and developers throughout the design process.

Maintain and improve design systems and UI components.

Ensure consistency, usability, accessibility, and responsiveness across products.

Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Analyze user behavior and recommend experience improvements.

Required Skills

Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI design projects.

Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.

Understanding of user-centered design principles.

Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design.

Understanding of accessibility and usability best practices.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing SaaS, HR Tech, Recruitment, or Marketplace products.

Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern frontend frameworks.

Experience working in Agile product teams.
