Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to join our User Experience Design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and user-centric content that enhances the overall product experience. This role requires the ability to simplify complex concepts related to risk, compliance, security, and ESG data for diverse users.

Key Responsibilities

● Create and maintain a variety of content including: ○ UI labels and microcopy ○ Error messages ○ In-product user assistance ○ Online help and user guides ○ Release notes ○ API documentation

● Write content for new features as well as maintain and update existing documentation.

● Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, developers, and other UX writers to improve overall user experience.

● Develop documentation for: ○ System architecture ○ Configuration options ○ Troubleshooting guides ○ Workflow and process documentation

● Ensure consistency in formatting, tone, and style across all documentation.

● Simplify complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for end users.

● Follow user-centric design principles, focusing on usability, accessibility, and clarity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Experience: ○ 4+ years of experience in Technical Writing ○ Proven experience as a UX Writer

● Technical Expertise: ○ Strong experience in: ■ API Documentation ■ Software & Technical Documentation ■ Structured authoring

● Tools & Technologies: ○ MadCap Flare, Markdown ○ DITA, Confluence ○ HTML, CSS, XML ○ Git (Merge Requests / Version Control)

● Core Competencies: ○ Strong understanding of user-centric design principles ○ Experience in usability and accessibility standards ○ High attention to detail and consistency
