US Sourcer (Non IT Recruitment)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in resume sourcing or end-to-end recruiting

• Familiarity with current direct sourcing techniques and ability to remain current with developing

new techniques

• Consultative and customer-focused approach with recruiters and hiring managers

• The ability to prioritize, manage time well, stay organized, quickly address needs, and adjust

focus as needed.

• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

• Quick learner, with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team

• Ability to treat sensitive/confidential information with appropriate discretion

• Ability to comfortably work in a deadline-oriented environment

• Work Timings- US East Coast (6:30 PM IST - 3:30 AM IST; Cabs provided)
