Acro HR Solutions

US Sales Enablement Associate — Public Sector

Actively Reviewing

Acro HR Solutions

Noida Full-Time 4–8 yrs exp Posted 6 hours ago  · Apply by Sep 14, 2026

Acro is a delivery-strong, sales-thin workforce company. Our US public-sector sellers spend too many hours on research, list-building, and monitoring instead of in front of government buyers. This role fixes that. The Public Sector Sales Enablement Associate is the dedicated India-based counterpart to the US public-sector sellers, owning the research, targeting, monitoring, proposal preparation, and CRM that feed two motions — net-new cooperative-contract hunting and saturation of held state contracts — so the US seller spends their time on relationships, negotiations, and closing.

The operating principle is simple: the US side owns the customer; India owns the work product. If a task can be done without a live US buyer on the other end, it belongs in this role. If it needs the buyer's trust, voice, or signature, it stays with the US seller.

Core responsibilities

  • NASPO software contract: build the state-by-state participating-addendum map; build software / IT buyer target lists by state
  • State staffing saturation (LA, FL, SC, MT): build agency & stakeholder org-chart maps and white-space grids; identify procurement officers and hiring managers
  • Demand monitoring: monitor req / RFQ feeds (MyFloridaMarketPlace, Beeline VMS, state task-order activity), cooperative award/expiry cycles, incumbent contracts, and master-contract renewal/rebid windows
  • Cooperatives & consultative: build 1GPA and CoreTrust member call sheets and dormant-buyer reactivation lists; research cooperative-use authority and ordering mechanics
  • Outreach & proposals: draft outreach sequences, contract-awareness campaigns, and capability one-pagers; draft proposal/quote boilerplate and prepare quotes within rate cards
  • Paperwork & CRM: complete vendor-portal registrations and pre-qualification paperwork; own CRM hygiene, assemble QBR data packs, and report KPIs

Out of scope: No candidate sourcing, screening, recruiting, interview coordination, or delivery work. This is a sales-support role, not a recruiting role.

Qualities & qualifications

We are hiring a deal researcher / sales analyst — closer to a proposal/bid analyst or SDR-research profile than a recruiter. Screen for someone who lights up at cracking a new agency's org chart, not at filling a requisition.

  • Drafts buyer-facing outreach and proposal copy the US seller lightly edits and sends. The single most important screen.
  • US public-sector procurement knowledge
  • Familiarity with state/local procurement, cooperative contracts (NASPO, OMNIA, 1GPA), and MSP/VMS tools (e.g., Beeline) is a major plus.
  • Research rigor & self-direction
  • Digs through state procurement portals, contract documents, and appropriations files to find non-obvious agencies and ordering rules.
  • CRM & data discipline
  • Meticulous about pipeline hygiene, list accuracy, and reporting (Salesforce / HubSpot or similar).
  • Analytical comfort Can build a white-space grid, read a rate card, assemble a QBR pack, and spot a demand signal in a state budget.
