Job Title: Senior US IT Recruiter (Technical)

We are looking for an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter with strong expertise in W2 hiring and developer roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with US Public Sector/State clients and managing the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, negotiation, and closure.
• Work on Contract, Permanent, and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, JobDiva, and other job portals.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for technical roles.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure recruitment SLAs are met.

Roles You Will Hire For

Java Developers, .NET Developers, Data Architects, DevOps Engineers, UI/Front-End Developers, UX Designers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Systems Analysts, SDET, and Full Stack Developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3–5 years of US IT recruitment experience
• Strong understanding of US employment types and visa categories (W2, US Citizen, GC, etc.)
• Excellent communication and sourcing skills
