US Engineering Recruiter - Aerospace

Job Summary

Pinnacle Technology is looking for a motivated Engineering Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience in US Recruitment. The ideal candidate should have experience hiring for Non-IT Engineering roles such as Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, and Business Professional positions. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in the night shift (US time zone).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based Non-IT Engineering and Business Professional roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and communication.
• Work closely with account managers and clients to understand job requirements.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS systems regularly.
• Ensure quick turnaround time for submissions and placements.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for Non-IT Engineering roles (Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing) and Business Professional roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using ATS and job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, etc.).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in night shifts (US time zone).

Preferred Qualifications

• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
• Prior experience in Aerospace and Engineering recruitment is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
