US Apparel & Fashion Recruiter

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, highly connected US Apparel & Fashion Recruiter with a proven track record of hiring for tier-1, global retail and intimates' brands. This unique role requires a versatile recruiter who can seamlessly manage a dual portfolio of both IT and Non-IT/Corporate requirements tailored strictly to the fast-paced retail and fashion landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Dual-Track Sourcing: Source, pipeline, and screen candidates across both sides of the fashion enterprise:
• Non-IT / Creative: Apparel Design, Merchandising, Technical Design, Product Development, Global Sourcing, and Creative Brand roles.
• IT / Digital: Retail Tech, E-commerce Developers, Supply Chain/ERP Analysts, Data Engineers, and Digital Product Managers.
• End-to-End Recruiting: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial passive outreach and portfolio/technical evaluations to closing final offer negotiations.
• Brand Representation: Act as a polished ambassador for our clients, aligning talent with the distinct design aesthetics, high standards, and cultural values of premier apparel brands.

Required Qualifications

• Industry Experience: Proven recruitment experience within the US Apparel, Fashion, or Intimates sectors, with a history of supporting major enterprise fashion brands or their direct market competitors.
• Platform Expertise: Advanced proficiency navigating major ATS systems and sourcing platforms.
• Communication: Exceptional, sophisticated verbal and written communication skills with a comprehensive understanding of both retail fashion and tech industry terminology.
